614Strategic Planning for Human Resource Development Strategic planning in Human Resource Development (HRD); elements for training, career and organizational development; mission, values and culture, vision, audit analysis and modeling.
618Evaluation Models in Human Resource Development Providing instruction, insights, and learning experiences regarding educational human resource development applications of and relationships among five leading types of evaluation: needs assessment, program design/delivery, performance outcomes, impact assessment, and efficiency/ROI.
624Change Theory Conceptual tools needed to understand theories of change and to develop ways of operationalizing change for education and research.
637Workforce Development Evaluation of the workforce and the development of research techniques for identifying, assessing and evaluating the needs of industry for a quality workforce; models for staffing, curriculum needs, and program development designed and evaluated. OR Special Topics.

Note: 2 courses for Fall, 2009 and 2 for Spring, 2010.

Program Prerequisites

All candidates for the master degree program must:

  1. complete the Certificate requirements; and
  2. meet other university admission criteria such as TOEFL, GRE, GMAT and GPA in the bachelor and other degrees as applicable.
